Dolomite Sand

Dolomite sand can be referred to as crusher dust, quarry dust, quarry sand or just dolomite. It is important to clarify with the customer which product they require if they just request ‘Dolomite’, as there are also Dolomite gravels and Rubble USES: Dolomite sand has many different applications, for example, it is often used as a bed for rainwater tanks. Dolomite Rubble cannot be used directly under tanks, as it has large stones that could damage the base of poly tanks and disrupt the leveling of the tanks. Dolomite sand can also be used for paving though it is not ideal for concrete pavers as dolomite sand can contain salts, which can affect the pavers. It can be used for under concrete slabs with a plastic a barrier between the sand and the concrete. Dolomite sand is an inexpensive, versatile product, with many uses. CONTAINS It is made by crushing larger dolomite rocks into a fine powder.
